I have to say that as a child growing up this was one of my most favorite restaurants was Rax! They use to be like McDonalds, you saw them everywhere! Since I was a child I have not been able to find these restaurants establishments anywhere. I thought they were a dying breed.

UNTIL NOW!

Today as I was coming back from a meeting I drove right past one. I almost crashed when I saw it, but I was just soo happy!

I went it and told the employee taking my order how happy I was to see one since I hadn’t seen one in about 15 years! I was star struck almost. The employee probably thought I was nuts but I have to tell you they have the greatest food and customer service ever! They even gave me a coupon so when I return I can get some free food! How cool is that?!
